Yoga crocodile style can treat low back pain and strengthen abdominal muscles
Crocodile-type treatment of low back pain, strengthening of the abdominal muscles “fair bowel joints” also called intrapelvic joints, is an important cause of low back pain.

Important: If you can’t straighten your legs on the ground, bend your knees.
